Sample Questions are the questions users are likely to ask and that help improve the recognition of a path. When creating a path, you will need to add around ten sample questions to enable it to be triggered. For predefined paths provided by Botmind, sample questions are already included, but it is essential to add more over time through regular learning.
Adding Sample Questions
To add sample questions, select your path and click on “Sample Questions.”
When the following page opens, you will first see the list of questions that have already been added, along with the language in which they are written and recognized. You can filter this list on the right side of your screen, either by a specific word or by the recognized language.
At the top right, click on “New Sample Question” to add a new sample question. Once the question is ready, click “Add Sample Question” to see it directly in your list.
Adding Sample Questions Through Learning
Another way to add sample questions is through the learning process. You can assign questions from your visitors that were not properly recognized by your virtual agent to their respective paths.
To do this, select the question and click the “Learn” button.
Removing a Sample Question
If you made a mistake when associating a sample question with a path, you can delete the question by hovering over it and clicking the cross icon.
